Spirit Bridge Collaborative Application
Hello, if you are here, it is because you are interested in becoming part of a collaborative space for experienced psychedelic support specialists offering services beyond the medicalized framework. The collaborative seeks to: --build a professional community of practice--deepen our understanding of the complexities of working in psychedelic spaces--provide learning opportunities--develop leadership in professional best practices--expand our reach --increase our personal and collective impact. The questions below will help us get to know you a little bit and determine if you might be a good fit for our group. Please take some time to answer the questions thoroughly so we can get a sense of who you are. We will review your application and let you know about next steps in the following (2-4 weeks). If you are invited to interview for inclusion in the collective, we will also request verification of your good standing in the community using your preferred method. Successful applicants will be added to the collective directory within one month of their official acceptance.
There will be a fee of $75 due at the time of acceptance to cover part of our startup operational expenses. While we anticipate at some point we will ask members to support the organization with dues, we want to build a robust value proposition based on member needs before we do that. All members will be invited to contribute their input and become part of the creation of this model if they choose to. Until then, we will continue offering directory listings for free, and partially funding our costs through event participation. Members will be asked to support the collective events by sharing these events in their newsletters, social media feeds, and other channels.
