Thank you for volunteering to participate in our survey on studying Bias In Customer Experience. In this survey, people will be asked to respond to a set of questions about their experiences while purchasing a product or service from an establishment.  It will take approximately three minutes to complete the questionnaire.Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and anonymous. We will not ask you to respond to questions that will reveal your identity in any way. 

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Please consider the following information while responding to the survey:

1. Please provide responses based on your overall buying experience of various products or services in the past 12 months. E.g. of various products and services are:   
    a) Clothing, jewellery, electronic items, food, groceries, laundry, cinema tickets, cars, bikes, laptops, cameras, airline tickets purchased at counters etc.    
    b) Professional advisory services from lawyers, auto consultants, real estate consultants - virtually any product or service

2. Establishment - Any company, retail outlet, mall, store, hotel, business house, professional services firm, showroom or a set up of any kind from where you have purchased products or services in the past year

3. Staff Member - Any person(s) who has/have interacted with you during various purchases at the establishments in the past year e.g. salesperson, consultant etc.

4. Purchases and transactions made online are not in the scope of this survey
