Welcome to UTEP Innovation in Outreach

The Innovation in Outreach team at UTEP is excited to partner with schools, educators, families, and community organizations to provide engaging educational experiences for PreK–10 students. Our programs are designed to inspire college awareness, career exploration, academic success, and future planning through meaningful and age-appropriate activities.

Please complete this form to submit your outreach request. Whether you are interested in a campus visit, classroom presentation, tabling event, workshop, or another outreach opportunity, our team will review your request and follow up regarding availability and next steps.

Before Submitting Your Request

Please keep the following in mind:

• The date and time selected through this form indicate your preferred scheduling request and do not guarantee confirmation. Requests are reviewed based on staff availability, scheduling, program capacity, and the specific needs of the event.
• We encourage requests to be submitted at least four weeks in advance whenever possible. Submission of this form does not guarantee that your request can be accommodated.

Campus Visit Information

For groups requesting a campus visit:

• To provide the best possible experience, we recommend campus visits lasting approximately 2–3 hours. Campus visits may include a campus tour, presentations, interactive activities, and additional experiences based on availability.
• To better accommodate participating groups, we recommend a maximum of 60 students per visit. Groups with more than 60 students may be limited to a general campus tour experience.
• Requests for specific buildings, departments, colleges, or special activities are subject to availability, university operations, and scheduling.
