Medaid. Feasibility Study Initial Community Survey

1. Welcome!, you are invited to participate in our survey about the MedAid Project. We know that your time is valuable and for that reason we want to thank you so much for taking a few minutes to help our PhD student in focusing their research objectives. You have been invited to this survey because of your background, and our intention is that you will be able to benefit from the results of this research in the future, so let us honestly share with you that your inputs are going to be taken very seriously. Hopefully, with time and our hard work ever following your valuable suggestions, this research will pay us off. In this survey, you will be asked to complete a 10 questions survey about your work routine in relation to what, in your opinion, should be our priorities in our study.

It will take approximately 8-10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is voluntary, so you can withdraw from the survey at any point. However, it is very important for us to learn from your opinions. Remember that your survey responses will be strictly anonymous, your replies will be coded and will remain confidential, and data from this form will be reported only in the aggregate.
