NCLD Parents Pre-Participation Survey

You have been asked to participate in a focus group discussion sponsored by SPAN Advocacy Network, the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD) and The PROGRESS Center.  This group will bring together parents of students with Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs) to discuss your child's experience with special education.  Any information you provide will help professionals understand the experiences of parents who have children with disabilities and improve their school experience.

To be eligible for the focus group, you must meet all of the following criteria:

1) Have a child who has a disability and an Individualized Education Program (IEP);
2) Be willing to talk about your experiences and/or potentially sensitive topics about your child; and
3) Have access to the internet

All information you provide will be kept confidential.  Upon completion, a stipend will be provided.  A stipend will be provided to all individuals who decide to participate in the focus group sessions.
