You are invited to participate in our survey in preparation for Congress 13 in the summer of 2022.  Approximately 7000 people will be asked questions about the Pastoral Plan of Action (PPA) that resulted from Congress 12 in 2017, and about the process used to generate the Pastoral Plan of Action. In addition, they will be asked to rank the topics of most importance to Black Catholics in the United States. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
