Western Australian Salmon Recreational Fishing Survey

Hello, Welcome to the online survey of recreational fishing for Salmon in WA. This research is being undertaken by Dr Paul McLeod and Emeritus Professor Robert Lindner of Economic Research Associates and is funded though the Recreational Fishing Initiatives Fund under the auspices of RecfishWest. The survey is designed to collect information on fishing activity for West Australian Salmon, expenditures by people incurred fishing for Salmon, and the value people place on the benefits they derive from Salmon fishing.  The survey is in three sections.

Part 1 asks about your background and asks for some demographic information.Part 2 asks about your fishing activity (trips, catch etc). Part 3 asks about expenditure incurred on fishing  and the benefit derived from fishing.
While it is important for us to learn your opinions, your survey responses will be coded and kept strictly confidential, and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. It should take about FIFTEEN minutes or less to complete the questionnaire.If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point by using the "EXIT SURVEY" button.  No data will be recorded.
During the survey if you wish to pause and resume and a later time use the "SAVE PAGE and CONTINUE LATER" button. Your data will be saved and you will be emailed a link that can be used to reconnect you to the survey.
