City networks, including CITYNET, are promoting city-to-city (C2C) cooperation to fulfil the mission of the organisations and their members. This section will be used to evaluate C2C cooperation and investigate its impact and contribution to urban development and management among CITYNET members. In short, we would like to find out the key ingredients in making C2C cooperation effective.
