Hello Fellow Teachers and Staff,

You are invited to participate in a survey for my research paper concerning the success rate and grouping of ESL students. In this survey, you will be asked ten questions concerning your views about the two main groupings of ESL students, heterogeneous (mainstreaming in regular education classrooms) and homogeneous (clustering in a single classroom). It will take approximately 2 minutes to complete this questionnaire. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported solely in my research paper. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Gail Montano at 281-304-7350 or by email at [email protected]. Thank you very much for your time and support.
