This survey is part of the data collection process for a MBA Dissertation project.
It will take no more than 8 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

The aim of the survey is to investigate the actual usage and usage intention of mobile shopping, no matter if you are or not a user of mobile shopping. For the purpose of this research, mobile shopping has been defined as any transaction with monetary value that is conducted via a mobile device (mobile phone, Smartphone or tablet). Moving forward, mobile shopping will be referred to as m-shopping.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this survey. It is very important to learn your opinions, however, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
