You are invited to participate in this survey for the completion of my MBA studies at Strayer University in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this survey, approximately 50 people will be asked to complete this survey that asks questions about work/life balance. The questions help to determine employees perspective as to whether balance exist in their work and personal life. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for me to learn your opinions.
