The purpose of this survey is to determine the departmental business service requirements of mobile devices and applications. The information gathered will be used to leverage and reuse existing capabilities and guide where future investments should be made.

15 Mobile Services Types have been identified using the Australian Government Architecture - Service Reference Model (version 3.0). Each service type includes more detailed Service Components that describe additional mobility capabilities required to support departmental business processes.
