Market Research into opening a floral department for Hallmark Stores

Project Abstract

We are proposing that Hallmark Stores open full-service floral departments in their stores. Our service will offer floral arrangements, fresh-cut flowers, custom orders, and will utilize an on-site florist. We believe that providing a floral service goes hand in hand with Hallmark’s products which are centered around gift giving. Consequently,we believe that customers will have no problem paying for our service. The purpose of this survey is to determine appropriate marketing techniques and to identify our target market.
