Project Description

This survey is designed to poll patrons in the evaluation of a library facilities reorganization. This is part of an evaluation project for a graduate level library planning and management course.

Project Abstract

This evaluation project analyzes the customer satisfaction of patrons through a number of channels. One, oral questions during reference interviews. Two, a survey administered online. Three, employee satisfaction with their ability to perform their jobs within the new arrangement of the reference and computer lab areas.
