Information Technology (IT) has affected the ways of doing business rapidly in the last few decades Every business process has undergone changes. Supply Chain Management has also undergone several changes throughout the world. India needs superior supply chain management to remain competitive in today�s business environment The study undertaken proposes to study the impact of IT on Indian Supply Chain Performance, in terms of improvement of supply chain performance and its integration, across various industries. The study will include the effect of IT on customer satisfaction and supplier collaboration.
