Consumer Behaviour for Bakery and Pastry Industry in Thailand

Project Abstract

This research is aimed at determining factors that are relevant to customer consumption drivers, purchasing decisions and choice of stores to generate successful marketing strategy for small retail bakery and pastry shops. Such factors as tastes, freshness, shop decorations and locations will be investigated and analysed their impacts to customer decision process.
