Customer Experience in Online Stock Trading

Project Abstract

In this research project, we investigate the antecedents of customer satisfaction in online stock trading services. We examine whether customer experience (the aggregate and cumulative customer perception created during the service) and quality (including information quality, system quality, and service quality) influence trading customers� satisfaction levels.
