Communications and information technology software has seen astronomical growth in the last decade. With this has come the increasing use of the Internet in the day-to-day lives of many people in the world. This has made the Internet an important medium of communication in all our lives. Following this, online banking has been introduced and implemented widely around the world, including in Malaysia. This research is conducted to identify and examine the factors that affect the adoption of online banking among university students in Malaysia. A comparison is also to be made between the factors affecting university students and the factors affecting consumers as a whole.
