The project will appraise the social costs and benefits of the potential construction of bicycle parking facilities at Corvinus University of Budapest. The underlying method is CBA. The compensation variatons of sutendts will be surveyed. Then possible �laundering� of non-informed and irrational preferences as well as calculating with the diminishing marginal utility of money will be taken into consideration.
