INVESTIGATION OF CONTEMPORARY PRACTICES IN POST-HURRICANE RECONSTRUCTION IN THE COMMERCIAL SECTOR OF THE SOUTHEAST REGION OF THE U.S.A.

The purpose of this research is to identify the contemporary practices to overcome obstacles in commercial, post-hurricane construction projects in the southeastern region of U.S.A. that have been affected by hurricanes in the last ten years.
