Mangue: Metrics and Tool for Automatic Quality Evaluation of Free and Open Software Projects
This research project started in April 2008 and in this period a working plan was developed, as summarized below. The overall goal of this work is to study the automatic quality evaluation of free and open source software projects, focusing on the development of metrics that will allow automatic analysis of issues such as security, flexibility, clarity, modularity, maintainability, and software portability. Such information will be obtained through the development of new or adjustment of existing free software tools for quality evaluation.
