The Effects of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System on Business Processes in Hospitality Organisations

Project Abstract

In the hospitality organizations within the tourism sector, applications of food safety are important for the future of tourism sector. ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System developed by International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has gained importance both in domestic tourism and foreign tourism and submitted opportunity of creating disparity in tourism sector. The aim of PhD Thesis Study is to determine the level of influence on business processes and to put forward the contributions of strategic competitive superiority.
