Researching the nature and scope of Diversity Management in Denmark

Project Abstract

How do Danish companies deal with differences in their workforce? Lately, much focus has been given to “Diversity Management”, a concept which originated in the American business world.

The IKL Institute () of the Copenhagen Business School is currently investigating how, and if, this concept is helpful to Danish companies. To do so, we are conducting an on-line survey about ‘diversity management’ in Denmark.

We have chosen to contact the largest Danish employers. Their insight on diversity management in a Danish working environment will guide us towards conducting more relevant and company-oriented research within this area.
