I am a Kenyan PhD researcher at the International Centre for Responsible Tourism at the University of Greenwich working on the triple bottom line sustainability of hotels in Kenya. In order to identify criteria and indicators for use in assessing the sustainability of hotels in Nairobi and Mombasa. I have undertaken an extensive literature review. The factors, which I have identified from the literature review, provide the basis of this survey.
