This assessment can be used to identify management perceptions of how well an organization is doing in building their Ownership Quotient. The following pages describe many of the practices of organizations that demonstrate a high quotient of customer and employee 'owners'.

A 1 indicates ‘Complete Disagreement’ while a 10 indicates ‘Complete Agreement'. If the question does not apply to your organization or you can’t answer it, choose “Do not know/Not applicable”. The business outcome questions at the end of this survey represent your belief about the current performance of your organization.
