Un cliente puede estar satisfecho con el producto o servicio de una compa\u00f1\u00eda, de la misma forma que lo puede estar con el de la competencia, sin embargo, vivir una experiencia relacionada a un servicio o producto es mucho m\u00e1s que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/es\/satisfaccion-al-cliente.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">satisfacci\u00f3n al cliente<\/a>, es sentir emoci\u00f3n, vinculaci\u00f3n, lealtad, incluso sentir amor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La experiencia de cliente son los puntos de contacto o interacci\u00f3n de un cliente con una empresa en t\u00e9rminos de uso, h\u00e1bito, costumbre, vivencia, emoci\u00f3n, sentimiento\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si pretendemos generar experiencia es imprescindible recopilar toda la informaci\u00f3n posible de nuestros clientes antes del momento de la comprar y del propio momento si queremos establecer una conexi\u00f3n que genere una vinculaci\u00f3n emocional, es decir conocer, qu\u00e9 pide, qu\u00e9 espera y qu\u00e9 obtiene en relaci\u00f3n a lo que ofrecemos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La clave para crear una buena experiencia de cliente est\u00e1 en las<\/span><b> personas implicadas en la experiencia y en el dise\u00f1o de una buena estrategia multicanal.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Las personas implicadas en la experiencia: Clientes y personal de la empresa<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Para generar una buena experiencia es necesario tener un conocimiento global del cliente, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfD\u00f3nde est\u00e1n? \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 canales? \u00bfQu\u00e9 les gusta? \u00bfQu\u00e9 rechazan? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 se mueven?, \u00bfQu\u00e9 les motiva?, \u00bfCon qui\u00e9n se relaciona?. Existen muchas metodolog\u00edas que aportan el conocimiento de los clientes en estos t\u00e9rminos, desde entrevistas en profundidad, storytelling, entrevistas etnogr\u00e1ficas, bulletin board\u2026 (en pr\u00f3ximos post desarrollaremos estas t\u00e9cnicas).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El personal que facilita la experiencia de cliente, en el proceso de la experiencia, el personal ha de estar implicado y comprometido con los objetivos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Todas las personas que participan de la experiencia deben ser conscientes del valor que aporta a la compa\u00f1\u00eda y a los clientes. La labor de la empresa es generar una cultura empresarial con valores centrados en la generaci\u00f3n de relaciones positivas en todo el entorno de la experiencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, generar una buena experiencia depende de un buen dise\u00f1o de la estrategia multicanal, que genera una experiencia \u00fanica y compacta, sin fisuras en todos los canales disponibles y en cualquier momento. Dise\u00f1ar los distintos customer journey en base a la informaci\u00f3n que faciliten los clientes, es clave para conseguir Experiencia. Si el dise\u00f1o se realiza \u00fanicamente con la informaci\u00f3n de los procesos de la empresa es posible que el resultado sea otro al esperado.
