

{"id":40536,"date":"2017-04-09T05:30:52","date_gmt":"2017-04-09T12:30:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/?p=40536\/"},"modified":"2023-02-18T02:27:55","modified_gmt":"2023-02-18T02:27:55","slug":"formacion-emocional-y-competencias-de-liderazgo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/es\/formacion-emocional-y-competencias-de-liderazgo\/","title":{"rendered":"Formaci\u00f3n emocional y competencias de liderazgo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El origen de este post es un art\u00edculo que publiqu\u00e9 en la revista Training &amp; Development Digest (n\u00ba 77, Diciembre 2009), llamado &#8220;Competencias actuales de liderazgo&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dicho art\u00edculo fue inspirado por una publicaci\u00f3n de Borja Vilaseca, en el Pa\u00eds, titulada &#8220;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mejore y sirva a la empresa<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el art\u00edculo de Borja Vilaseca, Ignacio \u00c1lvarez de Mon (profesor de Comportamiento Organizacional del Instituto de Empresa) cita que, algunas escuelas de negocios (IE, ESADE, IESE, EADA, EOI y ESIC) estaban incorporando, a sus programas de formaci\u00f3n, la denominada <\/span><b>formaci\u00f3n emocional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, utilizando herramientas psicol\u00f3gicas como el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/es\/coaching-para-innovar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">coaching<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">eneagrama de la personalidad<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">programaci\u00f3n neuroling\u00fc\u00edstica<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (PNL) y el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/es\/feeedback-360-grados\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">feedack 360\u00ba<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despu\u00e9s de leer \u00e9ste art\u00edculo me dediqu\u00e9 a revisar otras publicaciones y libros relacionados con los temas que <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ignacio \u00c1lvarez de Mon<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cita como formaci\u00f3n emocional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi intenci\u00f3n fue la de redactar un art\u00edculo sobre competencias de liderazgo que bebiera de las fuentes de la formaci\u00f3n emocional.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inteligencia emocional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coaching.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programaci\u00f3n Neuroling\u00fc\u00edstica (PNL).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/es\/como-lograr-una-cultura-organizacional-comunicativa-aplicando-eneagrama\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eneagrama<\/a> de la personalidad.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s de estas cuatro \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e1reas del conocimiento<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d decid\u00ed incluir otras m\u00e1s que considero necesarias para tratar el tema del liderazgo. Las elegidas fueron:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/es\/liderazgo-innovador\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Liderazgo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motivaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo principal fue buscar y elaborar una relaci\u00f3n de las principales competencias de liderazgo que m\u00e1s se repet\u00edan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despu\u00e9s de la b\u00fasqueda bibliogr\u00e1fica pude identificar las competencias comunes, de liderazgo, que aparec\u00edan en las distintas \u00e1reas del conocimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te invito a leer tambi\u00e9n: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/es\/liderar-sin-genero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Liderar sin g\u00e9nero<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Competencias de liderazgo<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el cuadro adjunto se incluyen las \u00e1reas de conocimiento y sus <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">competencias<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> correspondientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-40385 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/221_competencias_de_liderazgo_01-1.png\" alt=\"Competencias de liderazgo\" width=\"585\" height=\"225\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De todas estas competencias eleg\u00ed las diez competencias que m\u00e1s se repet\u00edan, en las distintas \u00e1reas de conocimiento, y elabor\u00e9 la <\/span><b>Rueda de las Competencias de Liderazgo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: la <\/span><b>Rueda CompLider<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Quiz\u00e1 te interese conocer sobre la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/es\/tolerancia-social\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tolerancia social<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rueda Complider<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con la Rueda CompLider, se pueden analizar o autoanalizar cada una de las competencias de liderazgo. Puntuando desde 0 (ausencia de competencia) hasta 10 (disposici\u00f3n de la competencia al 100%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podemos analizar a otros y podemos analizarnos a nosotros mismos, a trav\u00e9s de cumplimentaci\u00f3n de tests, observaci\u00f3n, auto-observaci\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis de conductas, an\u00e1lisis del rendimiento, etc\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-40395 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/221_competencias_de_liderazgo_02-1.jpg\" alt=\"Rueda CompLider\" width=\"660\" height=\"429\"><\/p>\n<h2>Conclusiones<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A modo de conclusi\u00f3n dir\u00eda que para ser un buen l\u00edder debemos dominar el mayor n\u00famero de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">competencias<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> clave.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A tal efecto propongo el siguiente ejercicio:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revisar cu\u00e1les son las competencias de liderazgo que tenemos: puntuaci\u00f3n &gt; 5, Rueda CompLider.
