Como parte de nuestra iniciativa de Informes Avanzados, contamos con un widget de informes avanzados en nuestro panel de satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente dentro de nuestra plataforma CX.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agrega el tipo de pregunta de satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente en tu encuesta como lo haces normalmente, y dando clic en An\u00e1lisis, puedes ver tu resumen en un widget dentro de tu tablero personalizado.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escalas de informes de satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nuestro informe de satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente viene en varias escalas de calificaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escala de 3 puntos (1-3)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escala de 5 puntos (1-5)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escala de 6 puntos (1-6)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escala de 7 puntos (1-7)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escala de 10 puntos (1-10)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y tambi\u00e9n viene en escalas gr\u00e1ficas (estrellas o caritas):<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1-3 y 1-5 Caritas<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1-3 y 1-5 Estrellas<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reporte de satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente<\/span><\/h2>\n<h5><b>Composite Score<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hemos creado el informe para calcular la puntuaci\u00f3n compuesta de satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente, tambi\u00e9n conocida como puntuaci\u00f3n media.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Top-2 Box Score<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puedes elegir reportar tu satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente en el Top-2 Box Score.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este reporte avanzado de widgets es otra herramienta CX que te permitir\u00e1 medir la interacci\u00f3n de cada cliente y entender qu\u00e9 punto de contacto debes mejorar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando se combinan los informes de satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente con <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/es\/que-es-nps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NPS<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se pueden entender f\u00e1cilmente las \u00e1reas de mejora y c\u00f3mo cada interacci\u00f3n en la satisfacci\u00f3n puede afectar a tu NP.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Te recomiendo conocer sobre el m\u00e9todo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/es\/top-two-box\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">top two box<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00f3mo agregar un tipo de pregunta de satisfacci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para a\u00f1adir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/es\/preguntas-para-medir-el-customer-experience\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">preguntas para medir el customer experience<\/a>, busca el tipo &#8220;Customer Satisfaction&#8221;
