Pour presque toutes les entreprises, le Net Promoter Score (NPS)<\/a> est un param\u00e8tre essentiel pour comprendre la partageabilit\u00e9 de leur marque. Cela est particuli\u00e8rement important pour le secteur du commerce \u00e9lectronique et les jeunes entreprises, car une grande partie de leur succ\u00e8s d\u00e9pend du partage en ligne, des recommandations et du bouche-\u00e0-oreille.<\/p>\n

QuestionPro permet aux entreprises de cr\u00e9er des enqu\u00eates NPS tout en offrant des int\u00e9grations int\u00e9gr\u00e9es telles que l’email, le SMS, les m\u00e9dias sociaux et le QR Code pour maximiser la distribution et la port\u00e9e des clients. (Sur une \u00e9chelle de 0 \u00e0 10, 10 \u00e9tant la valeur NPS la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et 0 la moins \u00e9lev\u00e9e)<\/p>\n

1.) 9-10 :<\/strong> On attend des clients qu’ils soient fid\u00e8les et qu’ils recommandent la marque \u00e0 leurs amis et \u00e0 leur famille ; ils sont appel\u00e9s promoteurs.<\/p>\n

2.) 7-8 :<\/strong> Les clients sont plut\u00f4t satisfaits de la marque mais sont beaucoup moins enclins \u00e0 la recommander. Ces clients risquent \u00e9galement d’\u00eatre perdus au profit de la concurrence.<\/p>\n

3.) 0-6 :<\/strong> Bien qu’il s’agisse d’une \u00e9chelle large, ces clients ne sont pas satisfaits de votre produit ou service et sont tr\u00e8s enclins \u00e0 se d\u00e9tourner vers d’autres marques. Plus le nombre sera faible \u00e0 partir de maintenant, plus la probabilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9sertion de la marque et de migration vers une nouvelle marque sera rapide.<\/p>\n
