Per quasi tutte le aziende il Net Promoter Score (NPS)<\/a> \u00e8 un parametro fondamentale per comprendere la condivisibilit\u00e0 del marchio. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 particolarmente importante per il settore dell’e-commerce e per le start-up, poich\u00e9 gran parte del loro successo dipende dalla condivisione online, dalle raccomandazioni e dal passaparola.<\/p>\n

QuestionPro consente alle aziende di creare sondaggi NPS, fornendo anche integrazioni integrate come e-mail, SMS, social media e codici QR per massimizzare la distribuzione e il raggiungimento dei clienti. La piattaforma dispone anche di analisi NPS integrate che creano automaticamente visualizzazioni di dati per visualizzare i risultati del sondaggio NPS.<\/p>\n

Tuttavia, vi sono anche significative incoerenze tra le aziende in termini di interpretazione dei dati. Con questo intendiamo dire che alcune aziende potrebbero non comprendere appieno il fattore differenziale rappresentato dai numeri della scala NPS. Ecco un breve riassunto di ci\u00f2 che questi valori indicano in un sondaggio:<\/p>\n

(Su una scala da 0 a 10, dove 10 \u00e8 il valore NPS pi\u00f9 alto e 0 quello pi\u00f9 basso)<\/p>\n

1.) 9-10 :<\/strong> Ci si aspetta che i clienti siano fedeli e che raccomandino il marchio ad amici e parenti e sono chiamati promotori.<\/p>\n

2.) 7-8 :<\/strong> I clienti sono in qualche modo soddisfatti del marchio, ma sono molto meno propensi a raccomandarlo. Questi clienti rischiano inoltre di essere persi dalla concorrenza.<\/p>\n

3.) 0-6:<\/strong> anche se si tratta di una scala ampia, questi clienti non sono soddisfatti del vostro prodotto o servizio e sono molto inclini a distogliersi da altri marchi. Pi\u00f9 basso \u00e8 il numero da qui in poi, pi\u00f9 rapida sar\u00e0 la probabilit\u00e0 di abbandonare il marchio e di migrare verso uno nuovo.<\/p>\n

Per avere un punteggio NPS positivo, un marchio deve avere pi\u00f9 promotori che detrattori. Un NPS negativo significa che il marchio sta perdendo pi\u00f9 promotori che guadagnarne di nuovi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
