Voor bijna elk bedrijf is de Net Promoter Score (NPS)<\/a> een kritische parameter om inzicht te krijgen in de deelbaarheid van hun merk. Dit is vooral van groot belang voor de e-commerce-industrie en start-ups, aangezien een groot deel van hun succes afhangt van online delen, aanbevelingen en mond-tot-mondreclame.<\/p>\n

QuestionPro stelt bedrijven in staat NPS-enqu\u00eates te maken en biedt tevens ingebouwde integraties zoals e-mail, sms, sociale media en QR-code om de distributie en het klantenbereik te maximaliseren. Het platform heeft ook ingebouwde NPS-analyses die automatisch datavisualisaties maken om de resultaten van de NPS-enqu\u00eate weer te geven.<\/p>\n

Er zijn echter ook aanzienlijke inconsistenties tussen de bedrijven wat betreft de interpretatie van de gegevens. Hiermee bedoelen wij dat sommige bedrijven het verschil tussen de cijfers op de NPS-schaal niet volledig begrijpen. Hier volgt een korte samenvatting van wat deze waarden in een enqu\u00eate aangeven:<\/p>\n

(Op een schaal van 0-10, waarbij 10 de hoogste NPS-waarde is en 0 de laagste)<\/p>\n

1.) 9-10 :<\/strong> Van klanten wordt verwacht dat zij loyaal zijn en het merk aanbevelen aan vrienden en familie en zij worden promotors genoemd.<\/p>\n

2.) 7-8 :<\/strong> Klanten zijn enigszins tevreden over het merk, maar zullen het veel minder snel aanbevelen. Deze klanten dreigen ook verloren te gaan aan de concurrentie.<\/p>\n

3.) 0-6 :<\/strong> Hoewel dit een brede schaal is, zijn deze klanten niet tevreden met uw product of dienst en zijn ze zeer geneigd om naar andere merken over te stappen. Hoe lager het getal vanaf hier, hoe sneller zij het merk zullen verlaten en op een nieuw merk zullen overstappen.<\/p>\n

Voor een positieve NPS-score moet een merk meer Promotors dan Detractors hebben. Een negatieve NPS betekent dat het merk meer promotors verliest dan er nieuwe bij krijgt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
