Certifique-se de coletar respostas suficientes para obter uma amostra representativa da sua base de clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Classifique os respondentes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Com base nas respostas, classifique os clientes em tr\u00eas categorias:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Promotores: <\/strong>S\u00e3o aqueles que deram notas de 9 ou 10.
