Apenas leve as quest\u00f5es para que se possa refletir sobre a quest\u00e3o, e traga os insights que voc\u00ea precisa.<\/p>\n<h3><b><b>Conte hist\u00f3rias<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leve as informa\u00e7\u00e3o para o seu intrevistado em forma de hist\u00f3ria. Fale que &#8220;a maioria das pessoas gostam do seu produto&#8221;. <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por\u00e9m, se a hist\u00f3ria for que 10% das mulheres gostam do seu produto e 20% de homens tamb\u00e9m gostam, tenha aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao compartilhar esses dados. Pois voc\u00ea deve compreender que, neste caso, 90% das mulheres n\u00e3o gostam dos produtos, enquanto os homens correspondem a 80%.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<h4><b>Dica B\u00f4nus<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <strong>s<\/strong><\/span><b>e voc\u00ea est\u00e1 informando ao cliente uma m\u00e1 noticia, n\u00e3o \u00e0 relacione apenas com os fatos em si.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voc\u00ea necessitar\u00e1 de bons argumentos, tanto para as quest\u00f5es emocionais, quanto com os fatos concretos. Por exemplo, pense em um caso em que um cliente pensa que 80% dos homens ir\u00e3o gostar de um novo determinado produto. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se descobrir que na verdade, apenas 10% pensam dos homens pensam como ele, ou seja, gostam desse determindo produto. Nesse cen\u00e1rio, \u00e9 aconselhavel iniciar a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o, relatando sobre esses percentual de homens que gostaram do produto e dos motivos de gostar do item. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No entanto, \u00e9 preciso apresentar os dados dos demais homens que n\u00e3o o aprovaram.
