As expectativas do cliente s\u00e3o muitas, eles necessitam que voc\u00ea esteja presente para que os ou\u00e7am. Por isso, voc\u00ea deve se certificar de que as expectativas s\u00e3o claras antes de prometer que as cumprir\u00e1. Voc\u00ea j\u00e1 teve um relacionamento com um amigo, fam\u00edlia ou pessoa que fez voc\u00ea pensar: &#8220;O que essa pessoa realmente quer de mim? O que espera de mim? A maioria das pessoas se faz essas perguntas.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As rela\u00e7\u00f5es com os clientes n\u00e3o s\u00e3o muito diferentes.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O que os clientes, ou as pessoas em geral, esperam de voc\u00ea define o cen\u00e1rio de como eles reagir\u00e3o ao que voc\u00ea realmente fornecer\u00e1. Atualmente, as pessoas reagem com base nas expectativas criadas.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quais s\u00e3o as expectativas do cliente?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos n\u00f3s temos expectativas. Mas, o que acontece com as expectativas di\u00e1rias? As expectativas do cliente, em geral, mudam a cada dia. Estes s\u00e3o alguns deles:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. &#8220;Reconhe\u00e7a-me!&#8221;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se eu ligar para sua linha de suporte ao cliente ou aparecer em sua loja ou escrit\u00f3rio, por favor, me reconhe\u00e7a! Me ignorar ou n\u00e3o fazer contato visual comigo \u00e9 menos do que eu esperava, realmente esse tipo de coisas n\u00e3o atendem \u00e0s minhas expectativas.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. &#8220;Preciso de canais suficientes para me comunicar com voc\u00ea!&#8221;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os clientes de hoje esperam ser ouvidos, n\u00e3o importa qual canal eles escolham. As expectativas do cliente s\u00e3o que ao entrar em uma p\u00e1gina web encontre o e-mail, n\u00famero de telefone ou um chat de atendimento ao cliente. Os clientes querem que voc\u00ea facilite o caminho. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. &#8220;N\u00e3o esconda as coisas de mim.&#8221;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 melhor dizer o que voc\u00ea quer dizer e fazer isso de forma honesta e transparente. Se voc\u00ea esconder informa\u00e7\u00f5es de mim, e eu descobrir, n\u00e3o vou gostar.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. &#8220;Mantenha sua palavra&#8221;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voc\u00ea j\u00e1 teve uma experi\u00eancia ruim com uma empresa e pediu para falar com o gerente? E aconteceu com voc\u00ea que o gerente culpa uma pessoa pelo erro? &#8220;Meu companheiro n\u00e3o sabe como fazer as coisas&#8221; ou age como se fosse sua culpa &#8220;, &#8230; \u201cmas Manuel \u00e9 nosso melhor representante.
