Como entrevistado estou confuso. A pergunta tem uma escala de 10 pontos, mas porque cada ponto num\u00e9rico tem o mesmo texto. Qual \u00e9 a diferen\u00e7a entre as op\u00e7\u00f5es 1,2,3,4,5,6 se todas elas dizem a mesma coisa? N\u00e3o importa a diferen\u00e7a entre as op\u00e7\u00f5es 3 e 5? Ah! Isso \u00e9 realmente uma escala de 3 pontos disfar\u00e7ada em uma escala de 10 pontos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quais foram os autores dessa pesquisa mal projetada? Disseram que o design da pergunta foi cuidadosamente preparado, com base na conhecida Net Promoter Score, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/pt-br\/net-promoter-score-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"bookmark noopener noreferrer\">Net Promoter Score: conhe\u00e7a e analise a lealdade do cliente, <\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 bem assim.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A pergunta NPS \u00e9 para recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o para satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o. Havia outras perguntas semelhantes na pesquisa curta, mas n\u00e3o havia nada sobre a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o. A afirma\u00e7\u00e3o foi de que a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma medida importante que inclui satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o; voc\u00ea n\u00e3o recomendaria algo a menos que esteja satisfeito.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A pergunta Net Promoter Score usa o texto descritivo apenas nos pontos de extremidade (extremamente improv\u00e1vel que voc\u00ea recomende e extremamente prov\u00e1vel de recomendar). Faz parte da metodologia evitar o uso de texto nas op\u00e7\u00f5es do meio para dar ao respondente a maior flexibilidade poss\u00edvel.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A escala original \u00a0NPS \u00e9 de 0 a 10, n\u00e3o de 1 a 10. Talvez seja um ponto pequeno, no entanto, a escala de 0 a 10 permite que haja um ponto m\u00e9dio que fazia parte da filosofia NPS. .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m do fato de que essa quest\u00e3o da pesquisa n\u00e3o \u00e9 NPS, qual \u00e9 o grande problema com essa pesquisa mal projetada? Bem, esta suposta escala de 10 pontos realmente n\u00e3o funciona. \u00c9 prov\u00e1vel que o respondente se sinta confuso sobre se existe alguma diferen\u00e7a entre a op\u00e7\u00e3o &#8220;3, N\u00e3o satisfeito&#8221; e &#8220;4, N\u00e3o satisfeito&#8221;. Talvez a inten\u00e7\u00e3o fosse tornar a pesquisa mais f\u00e1cil para os entrevistados, mas isso causa duas coisas. Se levam mais tempo se preocupando com o significado, ou respondem sem pensar, e o entrevistador n\u00e3o tem como saber o que aconteceu. Por que n\u00e3o usar a escala de 3 pontos?
