Atrav\u00e9s de pesquisas de mercado e usando as diferentes ferramentas que essa disciplina nos fornece poderemos descobrir o comportamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Passamos do consumidor passivo que n\u00e3o teve escolha a n\u00e3o ser acreditar no que as marcas diziam unidirecionalmente, para o consumidor inteligente (inteligente no sentido de que ele tem muito mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es) e com muito mais ferramentas para tomar suas decis\u00f5es de consumo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estamos adotando um modelo no qual os custos de informa\u00e7\u00e3o para o consumidor est\u00e3o sendo reduzido; com o qual voc\u00ea pode pesquisar entre muitas mais alternativas<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Devido a essas mudan\u00e7as, o processo de compra est\u00e1 mudando e as empresas enfrentam novos desafios para conhecer o comportamento do consumidor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Novos paradigmas e o comportamento do consumidor<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estamos passando de um antigo paradigma de marketing (FMOT) para um novo paradigma que \u00e9 o ZMOT, ou o que o Google chama de ZERO MOMENT OF TRUTH.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vemos que existem novos modelos de compra, como o ROPO (ou REVERSE SHOWROOMER). Isso significa que as pessoas pesquisam on-line e depois v\u00e3o \u00e0 loja f\u00edsica para comprar.
