A fim de obter informa\u00e7\u00f5es que ajudem nossos leitores a superar os desafios atuais e criar estrat\u00e9gias mais eficazes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os participantes deste estudo foram recrutados por meio de uma pesquisa por e-mail cujas listas s\u00e3o compostas por profissionais de diversas \u00e1reas, principalmente por empreendedores e pequenas e m\u00e9dias empresas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os 336 participantes do estudo tinham mais de 18 anos de idade.
