Pode ser que o cliente tenha sido indelicado, demasiado exigente ou tivesse expectativas irrealistas. N\u00e3o importa qual foi a raz\u00e3o, o que importa \u00e9 que n\u00e3o houve uma boa <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">servi\u00e7o ao cliente<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e o cliente n\u00e3o saiu satisfeito.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algu\u00e9m poder\u00e1 dizer: \u201cN\u00e3o faz mal, \u00e9 apenas um cliente\u201d. No entanto, esta forma de pensar est\u00e1 fora de moda na nova forma de encarar o servi\u00e7o ao cliente.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consequ\u00eancias de um mau servi\u00e7o ao cliente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em primeiro lugar, queres mesmo perder um cliente e, em caso afirmativo, um cliente \u00e9 uma perda aceit\u00e1vel? A realidade \u00e9 que nunca perdes um \u00fanico cliente. Acontece que, dependendo das estat\u00edsticas que analisares, o cliente m\u00e9dio que teve uma m\u00e1 experi\u00eancia pode contar a 8 a 12 pessoas sobre a sua experi\u00eancia negativa. Isso s\u00e3o m\u00e1s not\u00edcias, mas h\u00e1 outras ainda piores. 13% dos clientes insatisfeitos contar\u00e3o a 20 ou mais pessoas. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Podes dar-te ao luxo de perder um cliente, embora eu continue a insistir que n\u00e3o deves pensar dessa forma, mas est\u00e1s disposto a perder 8 clientes ou mais? Ou pior, sabendo que n\u00e3o vais poder fazer nada gra\u00e7as aos maus coment\u00e1rios sobre o teu servi\u00e7o ao cliente? N\u00e3o me parece. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No entanto, como j\u00e1 referi, isto passou de moda. Em 2000, o Trip Advisor come\u00e7ou a publicar na Internet conte\u00fados e cr\u00edticas relacionados com viagens. Poucos anos depois, em 2004, nasceu o Yelp. Estas foram as primeiras formas de redes sociais. Nos \u00faltimos cinco anos, aproximadamente, o conceito de partilha de opini\u00f5es sobre as empresas, os seus produtos e o servi\u00e7o ao cliente tornou-se muito comum. O que nos leva ao conceito de consequ\u00eancias n\u00e3o intencionais. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atualmente, as estat\u00edsticas anteriores sobre clientes insatisfeitos j\u00e1 n\u00e3o s\u00e3o v\u00e1lidas. Com o Twitter, o Facebook e outras redes sociais, a voz do cliente \u00e9 mais alta do que nunca. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os clientes utilizam as redes sociais para divulgar as suas boas e m\u00e1s experi\u00eancias, com todos os seus amigos no Facebook, s\u00f3 para dizer o m\u00ednimo. Infelizmente, milh\u00f5es de pessoas podem estar envolvidas nesta situa\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A consequ\u00eancia n\u00e3o intencional de n\u00e3o gerir a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente pode resultar na perda de alguns clientes. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por isso, considera isto como um lembrete para tratares todos os clientes como se eles te fossem avaliar publicamente.
