Marknadsf\u00f6rare b\u00f6rjar m\u00e4ta kundlojalitet och l\u00e4gger ner mycket tid och resurser p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00f6rst\u00e5 och beh\u00e4rska den. Det har p\u00e5g\u00e5tt s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge som det har funnits konkurrens. Kundlojalitet \u00e4r ett \u00e4mne som har unders\u00f6kts grundligt av b\u00e5de akademiker och praktiker. N\u00e5gra saker som vi vet om lojala kunder:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Kundlojalitet<\/h2>\n<p>1. Det \u00e4r inget problem att dela med sig av sina erfarenheter till familj,&nbsp;v\u00e4nner och kollegor.<\/p>\n<p>2. N\u00e4r de v\u00e4l har hittat en leverant\u00f6r som de gillar kommer de tillbaka g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n<p>3. De vet vad de gillar och \u00e4r n\u00f6jda med sitt val.<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller tillfredsst\u00e4llelse: kundlojalitet och tillfredsst\u00e4llelse \u00e4r inte samma begrepp.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Kundlojalitet kontra kundn\u00f6jdhet<\/h2>\n<p><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/customer-satisfaction.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Kundtillfredsst\u00e4llelse<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;\u00e4r en del av lojaliteten, men inte hela lojaliteten. Som kund kan du vara n\u00f6jd med en produkt eller tj\u00e4nst men v\u00e4lja att inte forts\u00e4tta aff\u00e4rsrelationen. Alternativt kan du g\u00f6ra ett medvetet val att dela din pl\u00e5nbok med n\u00e5gon annan. Forskare har utvecklat ett index som kallas  <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/secure-customer-index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">S\u00e4kert kundindex<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">  eller SCI f\u00f6rkortat. Den \u00e4r enk\u00e4tstyrd och kan l\u00e4tt anv\u00e4ndas i alla unders\u00f6kningar om kundn\u00f6jdhet. F\u00f6r att m\u00e4ta kundlojalitet anv\u00e4nder SCI tre fr\u00e5gor som ing\u00e5r i indexet: \u00f6vergripande tillfredsst\u00e4llelse, en procentandel som skulle g\u00f6ra ett nytt k\u00f6p och en procentandel som skulle rekommendera (\u00e4ven kallad  <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/features\/net-promoter-score.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><br \/>\n  <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Nettopromotorresultat<\/span><br \/>\n<\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">En s\u00e4ker kund \u00e4r mycket n\u00f6jd, skulle definitivt k\u00f6pa tillbaka den och skulle definitivt rekommendera den. Respondenter som f\u00e5r 7 eller 8 po\u00e4ng p\u00e5 en 11-gradig skala (0-10) kan betraktas som lojala, men beh\u00f6ver n\u00e5got &#8221;extra&#8221; f\u00f6r att komma in i den s\u00e4kra zonen.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">De som f\u00e5r f\u00e4rre po\u00e4ng b\u00f6r betraktas som \u00f6ppna f\u00f6r att byta kunder. Om du kan sp\u00e5ra l\u00f6nsamheten kan du koppla en kunds s\u00e4kerhetspo\u00e4ng till l\u00f6nsamheten och ytterligare bed\u00f6ma lojalitetens inverkan p\u00e5 slutresultatet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Det \u00e4r v\u00e4rt att l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna dina lojala kunder. De kommer att uppvisa de beteenden som g\u00f6r att ett f\u00f6retag v\u00e4xer \u00e4ven i mindre stabila tider. Lojalitetsm\u00e4tning \u00e4r relevant f\u00f6r b\u00e5de konsument- och B2B-marknadsf\u00f6ring.
