Bu blog, eNPS anketlerinin \u00f6nemini ve \u015firketlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan deneyimlerini \u00f6l\u00e7me ve geli\u015ftirme y\u00f6ntemlerinde nas\u0131l devrim yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 incelemektedir. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">eNPS Anket Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 Nedir?<\/h2>\n\n<p>eNPS anket yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, i\u015fletmelerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan memnuniyetini ve elde tutma oran\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilecek g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir dijital platformdur.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve memnuniyetinin g\u00fcvenilir bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fc olan eNPS metri\u011fi tek bir sorudan t\u00fcretilmi\u015ftir: &#8220;0 ile 10 aras\u0131nda bir \u00f6l\u00e7ekte, \u015firketimizi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lacak bir yer olarak tavsiye etme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z nedir?&#8221;  <\/p>\n\n<p>Verdikleri yan\u0131tlara g\u00f6re \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar \u00fc\u00e7 gruba ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Destek\u00e7iler (puan 9-10):<\/strong> Y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde memnun olan ve kurumu ba\u015fkalar\u0131na tan\u0131tma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcksek olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pasifler (puan 7-8):<\/strong> Genel olarak memnun olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar kurumu aktif olarak tan\u0131tmayabilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>K\u00f6t\u00fcleyenler (0-6 puan):<\/strong> Memnun olmayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar kurum hakk\u0131nda olumsuz konu\u015fabilirler.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>eNPS puan\u0131, Destekleyenlerin oran\u0131ndan K\u00f6t\u00fcmserlerin y\u00fczdesi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak hesaplan\u0131r ve -100 ile +100 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen bir puan elde edilir.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">eNPS Anketi Nas\u0131l Yap\u0131l\u0131r?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Bir eNPS (\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Net Tavsiye Skoru) anketi y\u00fcr\u00fctmek, do\u011fru sonu\u00e7lar ve anlaml\u0131 i\u00e7g\u00f6r\u00fcler sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in dikkatli bir planlama ve uygulama gerektirir. \u0130\u015fte bir eNPS anketinin nas\u0131l etkili bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclece\u011fine dair ad\u0131m ad\u0131m bir k\u0131lavuz: <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Hedefleri Tan\u0131mlay\u0131n<\/h3>\n\n<p>Anketin hedeflerini ve toplamay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z i\u00e7g\u00f6r\u00fcleri a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtin. Genel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan memnuniyetini mi de\u011ferlendirece\u011finizi, iyile\u015ftirme i\u00e7in belirli alanlar\u0131 m\u0131 belirleyece\u011finizi yoksa zaman i\u00e7indeki de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri mi takip edece\u011finizi belirleyin. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Frekans Belirleme<\/h3>\n\n<p>Anketi ne s\u0131kl\u0131kla uygulayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131za karar verin. Baz\u0131 kurulu\u015flar eNPS anketlerini \u00fc\u00e7 ayda bir ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirken, di\u011ferleri iki y\u0131lda bir veya y\u0131ll\u0131k anketleri tercih edebilir.
