Bu t\u00fcr ili\u015fkilere \u00f6rnek olarak y\u00f6neticilerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla, direkt\u00f6rlerin genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrlerle, icra kurulu ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli departmanlarla vb. ili\u015fkileri verilebilir.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bu makalede, organizasyon \u015femas\u0131n\u0131n ne oldu\u011funu tan\u0131mlayacak, neden \u00f6nemli olduklar\u0131n\u0131 inceleyecek ve kullanabilece\u011finiz farkl\u0131 organizasyon \u015femas\u0131 \u015fablonlar\u0131n\u0131 ana hatlar\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131klayaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organizasyon \u015femas\u0131 nedir?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Organizasyon \u015femas\u0131 veya kurulu\u015f \u015femas\u0131, bir i\u015fletmenin i\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren bir \u015fablondur.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Organizasyonun her bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcndeki bireyleri ve pozisyonlar\u0131 vurgulamak i\u00e7indir. Bu ki\u015filer, kendilerini kolayca tan\u0131mlamak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilecek kutular ve ileti\u015fim bilgileri ile temsil edilmektedir. Bir UML diyagram\u0131na benzer \u015fekilde, bu \u00f6\u011feler dirsekli \u00e7izgilerle birbirine ba\u011flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bir organizasyon \u015femas\u0131n\u0131n genel amac\u0131, hiyerar\u015fi ve organizasyon yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ve i\u015fletme i\u00e7indeki \u00e7e\u015fitli rollerin ve departmanlar\u0131n nas\u0131l yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6rselle\u015ftirilmesidir.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ancak bir organizasyon \u015femas\u0131 g\u00fczel bir \u015fablondan daha fazlas\u0131d\u0131r.
