That\u2019s why the <strong>Scorecard: All Options View<\/strong> feature in <strong>QuestionPro Employee Experience<\/strong> is designed to give you both. This feature allows you to toggle between a simplified <strong>3\u2011category view<\/strong> (Unfavourable, Neutral, Favourable) and the <strong>original options view<\/strong> in the Scorecard widget for questions with seven or fewer response options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, the 3\u2011category view is displayed to provide a quick, high-level understanding of your survey results. However, when you want to explore more <strong>detailed, nuanced feedback<\/strong>, switching to the All Options View reveals the original scale so you can see every response option in your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For questions with more than seven options, the toggle is disabled to maintain clarity, meaning the 3\u2011category view remains the only option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Switch to the All Options View<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Switching views is simple and intuitive. Here\u2019s how you can do it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Access the Widget Settings<\/strong><br>Click the <strong>Kebab menu<\/strong> (the three dots) at the top of the widget and select <strong>Edit Widget<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Open the Editing Sidebar<\/strong><br>The sidebar will open, allowing you to adjust the widget settings according to your needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Locate the Favorability Scale Toggle<\/strong><br>Scroll to the <strong>Favorability<\/strong> section in the sidebar and find the <strong>Favorability Scale toggle<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Turn the Toggle OFF<\/strong><br>Switching this toggle OFF activates the All Options View, displaying your data in the original response scale.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Note:<\/strong> When using the All Options View, the scorecard displays data <strong>only at the Question level<\/strong>.
