Now, enable your community members to attach documents on topics to express themselves more clearly. Also, allow members to manage notifications better by marking them as \u2018read\u2019, ensuring that they do not miss out on any new notification. Let\u2019s take a deeper look at each of these updated features:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Document attachment on comments &#8211; topics<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enable community members and managers to attach a document to comment on a topic. Add a document along with comments for other members to check out all the information about the topic in one place. A document icon will be displayed beside the comment. Clicking the icon will open the document in a new tab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NOTE: Users can attach only one document per comment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-105712\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Add-comment.png\" alt=\"add comment\" width=\"635\" height=\"1008\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supported document types:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">doc<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">docx<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">xml<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">txt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rtf<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ppt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pptx<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">xls<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">xlsx<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">csv<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pdf<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Notification panel &#8211; member portal<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Allow members to mark notifications as \u2018read\u2019. We\u2019ve also updated the UI of the notification panel and added relevant icons for each notification. The updated UI theme is in accordance with the design and theme of the member portal. Members will now see an intuitive and sleek design.
