If you have been conducting customer surveys regularly, this will give you some great insights into your customer strategies and initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Year three: Replanning<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By this time you would have learned a lot from your mistakes and also the data that you\u2019ve collected over two years. Maybe your customer service is doing far better than billing, what can you do to improve it?
