Twelve updates landed across QuestionPro this month: research surveys, Audience, UX, Communities, QuestionPro BI, TextAI, InsightsHub, customer experience, and employee experience. Research surveys and Audience: a new AI research agent, plus smarter incidence prediction<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The headline change this month is Research Agent, an AI agent built into Survey Builder. Instead of building logic and question flow by hand, you can describe what you need and let the agent handle survey creation, complex branching, and real-time modifications, while you focus on reviewing the output. It is early days for the feature, so expect it to keep expanding, but even in this first form it cuts a meaningful chunk of setup time out of a standard study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Audience picked up a smaller but genuinely useful companion change: IR by AI, which predicts your incidence rate before you launch a project. If you’ve launched a low-incidence study and watched the field time balloon because the real incidence rate turned out to be half what you estimated, this is the fix: a prediction up front, so you can plan sample size and budget with an actual number instead of a guess. UX: smarter test setup<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

QuestionPro UX picked up two changes to how test sessions get set up. Test rooms can now be password-protected, so a usability test or internal review session stays limited to the people you actually invited. Alongside that, topics can now be time-triggered rather than manually advanced, which matters for any moderated test where you want a participant to move to the next task on a schedule rather than waiting on a facilitator to click next. Together, these two changes make it easier to set up an unmoderated or semi-moderated test once and trust it to run on its own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Communities: WhatsApp reaches your members directly<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Communities added WhatsApp as a direct channel for reaching members. Connect a WhatsApp Business account, build personalized invitation templates, and send survey invitations where your panel members already spend time, rather than relying on email open rates that keep sliding every year. For a community manager whose members barely open a community-platform email but check WhatsApp constantly, this update shows up in response rates within the first send. QuestionPro BI and TextAI: from feedback to presentation-ready insight<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

BI and TextAI both got updates this month, and the throughline is turning raw feedback into something you can act on or present without manual rework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TextAI output can now flow straight into BI datasets. The themes, sub-themes, and sentiment TextAI pulls from open-ended feedback used to live only in the TextAI dashboard. Now you can bring that same data into a BI dataset and explore it alongside your other survey and operational data, instead of exporting it and re-importing it elsewhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BI also picked up PowerPoint exports. Select the dashboard widgets you want, arrange them across slides, and customize an opening and closing slide with your own text and images, cutting out the manual work of screenshotting charts into a deck before a leadership meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the TextAI side specifically, Emerging Themes now surfaces new or underrepresented themes in your feedback automatically, along with the responses behind them. You review and approve a theme, and it shows up labeled as Emerging in your dashboard widgets for a set window of time, so a small but growing signal does not get buried under your established top themes. InsightsHub: audio recordings become searchable knowledge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

InsightsHub added Audio Analysis, which turns unstructured audio recordings into searchable, structured organizational knowledge. It transcribes automatically, generates summaries, and surfaces AI-generated insights from the recording. For example, an FMCG brand running a round of customer interviews could turn forty raw recordings into forty searchable, summarized transcripts without a single manual transcription pass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer experience: branded intercepts and automated ticket workflows<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

CX had two updates this month, spanning intercepts and ticketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI Themes removes the manual styling work from building a branded intercept widget. Add your brand URL, or upload a PDF or Word document, and QuestionPro’s AI pulls your colors and fonts automatically to build a fully branded widget, a change that saves real design time for teams launching intercepts across multiple properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For closed-loop teams, Closedloop Webhooks let workspace admins trigger external APIs automatically based on ticket events and conditions. Pick a ticket event, add optional conditions, configure the API request, test it, and activate it, all without custom code. For example, a regional retailer that routes escalated tickets into an internal alerting tool can now wire that connection directly instead of relying on a developer to build and maintain custom middleware. Employee experience: context-aware reporting<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Two updates shipped for employee experience<\/a> this month, both aimed at EX reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI Summary and Recommendations, currently in public beta, generates a structured narrative summary of your EX dashboard data, weighed against your organization’s own policies and strategic priorities. It is built with a two-layer view: a company-wide overview for HR administrators, and a team-specific view for individual managers, who can turn a recommendation directly into an action plan in Empower with one click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driver Analysis also added a Quadrant View, which plots workplace drivers on a two-axis chart so leaders and HR analysts can identify which drivers genuinely move engagement and key outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
