There are many considerations to keep in mind as we decide the best way ahead, and we have worked hard to try to make the best decision in how we return to physical work spaces for both our people and our business.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It&#8217;s really important for us to know how the recent changes are impacting you, and how we can continue to be the best leaders and place to work for you.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please take a few minutes to let us know how you\u2019re doing, and how we can best support you as a place where you love to work.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Survey introduction<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, we\u2019d like to know how you\u2019re feeling about our <strong>recently launched hybrid work strategy<\/strong>.
