Fixed documents not uploading issue.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">CM-2569 &#8211; Fixed issues with the French translations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">CX<\/h2>\n<p>Bugs and enhancements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">NPS+ question responses will be copied now while copying a survey.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">CX- 1940 &#8211; Fixed the Email\/SMS Delivery issue wherein now SMS\/Emails will be sent correctly.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">CX-1957 &#8211; Fixed the flow where Notifications will be received with FTP Scheduler even without the workflow implementation.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">CX-1986 &#8211; Fixed the Oh Snap error while extracting the closed-loop tickets in Excel.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">CX-1998 &#8211; Fixed the SSO for Portal Users.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">CX-2006 &#8211; Fixed the issue where CX Tickets emails were landing in SPAM folder.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">CX-2032 &#8211;
