{"id":1936,"date":"2010-06-09T23:58:47","date_gmt":"2010-06-09T23:58:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/?p=1936"},"modified":"2010-06-09T23:58:47","modified_gmt":"2010-06-09T23:58:47","slug":"now-you-can-send-your-survey-with-just-2-clicks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/now-you-can-send-your-survey-with-just-2-clicks\/","title":{"rendered":"Now You Can Send Your Survey With Just 2 Clicks!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1937 size-thumbnail\" style=\"margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px;\" title=\"iStock_000000121805XSmall\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/istock_000000121805xsmall-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"image\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>You may have noticed over the past few weeks that we&#8217;ve been rolling out some changes to the survey sending interface.\u00a0 This tab basically collects all the functionality around getting your survey in front of respondents.\u00a0 What was more commonly a task for email has expanded in the recent years with Facebook, Twitter and other website intercept techniques.<\/p>\n<p>As far as emailing goes, we&#8217;ve retained all of the flexibility that has always existed for creating emails and email lists.<\/p>\n<p>Some notable changes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Most importantly: Getting a simple email out the door to a list of respondents is now a quick and easy two step process\u2026.down from the 5+ steps we had before.<\/li>\n<li>Multiple versions of a survey invitation for a single survey.<\/li>\n<li>Sent Items screen that shows all of the batches of emails that went out the door chronologically newest to oldest.<\/li>\n<li>Website Intercept is a new screen with a variety of Javascript code snippets to embed survey invitations into a website.<\/li>\n<li>Consolidated a bunch of screens.\u00a0 Hopefully things are much easier to find.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Again, all of the functionality that existed before is still there, along with all of the detailed statistics on response rates, bounces, unsubscribes, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Clicking Send Survey brings you to a landing page with a link to the most important ways to get a survey out the door (at least, the ones that we can think of).\u00a0 So far we have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Link &#8211; Just a good &#8216;old fashioned&#8217; link to the survey.\u00a0 Put this any way you&#8217;d like.<\/li>\n<li>Email &#8211; As mentioned above, this process has been streamlined.<\/li>\n<li>Website Intercept &#8211; Javascript code snippets for embedding survey invitations.<\/li>\n<li>Facebook &#8211; Post the survey to your Facebook profile.<\/li>\n<li>Twitter &#8211; Tweet a survey invite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Which should you use?\u2026Use them all!<\/p>\n<p>Let us know if you have ideas for others!
