We are proud of this accomplishment, and we\u2019ve since grown that integration leaps and bounds. We\u2019ve even integrated our Offline Survey Data captured using our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/mobile\/survey-app-for-ipad.html\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/mobile\/survey-app-for-ipad.html\">QuestionPro Mobile App<\/a>&nbsp;(iOS &amp; Android).<\/p>\n<p>Today we are announcing that we have now developed an integration with Microsoft Dynamics. This will be available to everyone in April within the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/features\/data-integration\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/features\/data-integration\">QuestionPro Integrations<\/a>&nbsp;module. Dynamics is Microsoft\u2019s flagship CRM and ERP tool whose focus is on small-to-medium sized and enterprise companies.<\/p>\n<p>Sales teams can now create a survey creating a lead in Microsoft CRM Dynamics and triggers the next steps in the sales process. In addition, Customer Success teams can run a customer satisfaction survey and get their respective accounts updated with satisfaction data.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>There are five simple steps to Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with QuestionPro:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1&nbsp;&#8211; Logging In<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Select the \u201cIntegrations\u201d tab and then select \u201cMicrosoft Dynamics.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-20848\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/dynamics_menu-1-450x200.png\" alt=\"dynamics_menu-1\" width=\"450\" height=\"200\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2&nbsp;&#8211; Authentication&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter your CRM Dynamics Organization URL.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The username will be the same as your Microsoft Dynamics username.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can acquire the client ID by registering an app with Azure Active Directory.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the password in the password field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on the &#8220;<\/span>Verify Connection&#8221;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> button.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/authentication.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-20854\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/authentication-450x141.png\" alt=\"device authentication\" width=\"450\" height=\"141\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3 &#8211; Entity Mapping &amp; Integration Type<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once your Microsoft Dynamics login information has been verified and connected, please select your Microsoft Dynamics entity and then select the integration type. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the type of entity that you would like to map to your MS Dynamics CRM.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the Integration Type based on whether you want to create a new record for the selected entity or update an existing record.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Save Connection Mapping.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/entity_mapping.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-20860\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/entity_mapping-450x184.png\" alt=\"entity mapping\" width=\"450\" height=\"184\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4 &#8211; Entity Identifier<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you have saved the connection mapping, select the identifier and then update. The identifier is always unique and in the example below is \u201cemailaddress1\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Entity-Identifier.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-20879\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Entity-Identifier-450x286.png\" alt=\"Entity-Identifier\" width=\"450\" height=\"286\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5 &#8211; Field Mapping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Map the fields in QuestionPro that aligns with Microsoft Dynamics. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each question will have a link for mapping that question to a field belonging to the selected Entity in Dynamics CRM.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In QuestionPro all close ended (select type) question types are saved as integer. You can map all close ended (select type) type questions to a numeric field in Dynamics CRM. Text questions can be saved as a string type field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also map survey custom variables and the survey name to fields in MS Dynamics CRM<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once all questions and custom variables are mapped, click on Save Data-Flow Mapping.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/field_mapping.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20872\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/field_mapping-450x170.png\" alt=\"field_mapping\" width=\"750\" height=\"283\"><\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes, that\u2019s it &#8211; you can now completely integrate QuestionPro with&nbsp;Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
