Once the items get delivered, \u00a0a customer satisfaction survey is sent out. It becomes very difficult, if not impossible for me to know- which responses are coming from what country. It would answer many of my questions and give me valuable insights if I could track that. Is it possible? Yes, \u00a0QuestionPro has exactly what I need and what you&#8217;re probably \u00a0looking for too!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After collecting the data from your survey, go to the reports tab and click on Dashboard. There you will see the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/help\/784.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Map\u00a0on Dashboard<\/a> which will show the Response Distribution. The countries highlighted in blue are the ones where people have taken your survey.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/map1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-21560 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/map1.png\" alt=\"map1\" width=\"863\" height=\"444\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Next to the map on the dashboard, you can see the table with the country\/state codes and the percentage of responses collected.<\/p>\n<p>This looks cool! I have gathered the majority of my survey responses \u00a0from US and Europe. Is there a way I can view the map of US or Europe only? Yes, below the map are the options of \u00a0&#8211; World, US and Europe. Click on the options you wish to view and it will show you the only the selected region on the map.<\/p>\n<p>Great! Do I also get to know the number of responses per country \/ state? When you hover the mouse over any region, it will give you the count and percentage of responses from that particular region. Also, if you <a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/filter-survey-results-in-new-dashboard-filters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">apply any filter to the dashboard<\/a>, the filter would be applied to the map as well.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/map2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-21566 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/map2.png\" alt=\"map2\" width=\"888\" height=\"457\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Voila!
